  1. A person wearing shorts and a large backpack walks along a narrow grassy path beneath a sprawling tree with moss-covered branches in a lush countryside setting. Tall grass and leafy vegetation surround the trail, and the scene is shaded by the tree canopy.

  2. Applethwaite Green Care Home is a long 1970s style building made of concrete sits at the top of a short curving drive. It is two storeys and has several windows with shrubs to the left hand side of the drive and trees behind.

  3. High Borrans pictured from a distance. It is a large white building with a grey slanted slate roof. A main, square two-storey section with a number of bay windows on the left is attached to a longer, similar height wing to the right. There is a single-storey annex to the left of the main building. It is surrounded on all sides by green fields and large trees covered in leaves. It is a bright day with the sky looking a bright white. The building is on a hill that continues sloping upwards behind it.

  4. Sam Shuttleworth is outside on a bright, sunny winter's day, smiling and wearing a black beanie hat, royal blue scarf and dark brown or black heavy waterproof coat. Snow covers the fields and hills behind her with a few patches of straw or caramel-coloured grass poking out in places. There is also a small patch of what looks like trees or bushes in the distance. The shadow of a second person lies across the snow behind her.

  5. Three hen harrier chicks in their nests. They are small cream-coloured birds with dark beaks and yellow claws. One of the chicks has its wings stretched. They all have their beaks open.

  6. The Majestic Hotel in its current form. It is a red-brick, four-storey building with large windows on the corner of a road. Its gables on either side look like rounded triangles. There are short black safety railings in front of it. In the background is a church clock tower and a bus is going past.

  7. An ordnance shell is partially submerged in clear sea water. The black device is sitting side-on between rocks, sand and red sea plants. The black device is long and rounded at one end, tapering down to a thinner end, reminiscent of a scale model of large bombs often attached to the underside of bomber plans. However, this is a much smaller item, possibly an artillery shell.

  8. A person in a dark business suit carrying a red folder walks out through the black front door of a government-style building. The number “10” is visible on the door behind them, with stone columns framing the entrance and pavement in the foreground.

There are shelves out of focus.

  12. Rows of large black fabric plant pots fill a brightly lit indoor growing room. Most pots contain soil, while a few show small green plants emerging. The room has a concrete floor, overhead lighting, ventilation ducts, and visible electrical wiring along the walls and ceiling. The image shows dozens of pots arranged in long rows extending into the distance.

  13. A large red sandstone building with a central arched glass frontage displaying the sign "Mercedes-Benz of South Lakes After Sales Centre". The former industrial-style structure has stone detailing around the arch and windows, with overgrown plants along the front. The building sits beside a wet paved area under a partly blue, partly cloudy sky, with sunlight illuminating the façade.

  15. Heavy traffic on a multi-lane motorway at dusk, with cars, vans and lorries travelling in both directions. Overhead electronic signs display a temporary 50mph speed limit and a congestion warning message. Vehicle headlights and taillights illuminate the busy road, while power lines and roadside trees are visible in the background.

  18. Two mountain rescuers dressed in red waterproof clothing are on the side of a grassy cliff as they attempt to rescue a person off the face. The rescue is happening in a gully off the summit of Sharp Edge, Blencathra.

  19. Thorncliffe Crematorium which is a mainly two-storey pitch-roofed brick building with a protruding flat white roof held up by thin pillars above the entrance. The tarmac road and path around it is wet from rain.
