  1. A red helicopter flies low in the Wasdale Valley above Ill Gill, Kirk Fell. The gill is steep, black and runs very deep. A mountain rescue volunteer is being winched by the helicopter over the ravine. There are emergency vehicles in the distance. Grey scree slopes and bracken feature on the green terrain.
