Thimble Hall: the World's smallest detached house

Thimble Hall in Youlgrave, Derbyshire is officially the smallest detached house in the World. Bruno Fredericks, of ice cream firm Fredericks of Chesterfield, bought the property at Auction in 1999. His son John is pictured outside the home.
