The county council is the lead partner in this innovative service.
It aims to provide people in rural communities with better access to the kind of help and information that can make a difference to their quality of life.
It will also use the Roadshow to promote County Council services and raise awareness about important public information initiatives such as Care Direct and safety in the home.
Devon Fire & Rescue Service
 | | Devon Fire & Rescue Service crest | Throughout the year the Devon Fire and Rescue Service is working hard to prevent fires from occurring in the homes and in the communities of Devon.
It aims to use the Roadshow as a platform for promoting community safety campaigns.
Some of the campaigns are designed for specific areas or times of the year. For example, Bar-B-Q safety campaigns take place in the summer and Candle safety in the winter.
