Une entreprisequi allait fermer ses portes.
 A company that was closing down.

Des papiers carbonesqui servaient à la duplication des documents.
 Carbon paper that was used for duplicating documents.

Un produitqui a l'air pas intéressant.
 A product that does not look interesting.

C'est le film plastiquequi va servir pour les condensateurs.
 It's the plastic film that will be used in condensers.

Des petits composantsqui sont dans votre frigidaire.
 Small components which can be found in your refrigerator.

Une mosaïque de gens qui ont les mêmes idées... qui ont des compétences différentes.
 A mosaic of people who have the same ideas... who have different skills.

In all the examples above qui, meaning 'who', 'which' or 'that', refers back to a particular noun and is the subject of the verb that follows. So, in the first example, qui refers to une entreprise and is the subject of the verb that follows, allait fermer.
