The King of Titters is offered the post of Minister of Entertainment, but is reshuffled to Minister of Natural Gas. From 1966.
The King of Titters asserts that the British are a nation of malingerers.
He, meanwhile, is offered a post in the cabinet as Minster of Entertainment - before a hasty reshuffle to Minister of Natural Gas.
