In a time when the world is caught in a war between the Stone, Leaf, and Sand villages, Yahiko’s organisation strives to construct a peace that is minimally based on military might. Soon after, Hanzo, leader of the Hidden Rain, approaches Yahiko’s organisation to join forces in the name of peace.
