Khushal Yousafzai fled to Birmingham after his sister Malala was shot by the Taliban. In the UK, he became close friends with Wali Khan, whose family had also been targeted by the extremists in Pakistan. Growing up together, they later started a podcast about the pressures facing young men today.
They join Amber Haque to talk about building a life in a new country, growing up between cultures, and the challenges they've faced around morality, masculinity and mental health.
