Adam chats to Lee, Jimmy and Spike from 911, the pop sensations who first burst into the limelight 30 years ago, and went on to rack up 10 million record sales including a UK number 1 single in 1999. They're heading to Tunbridge Wells on their upcoming UK tour.

Plus, we meet the Tenterden woman whose story appears on tonight's The Repair Shop on BBC One.

And we meet Kent chef Josh Hughes, who is representing London and the South East in the finals of BBC Two's Great British Menu all this week.
