Flavour-packed recipes from Rukmini Iyer, Stephen Terry, Ken Hom and Anna Haugh. Meanwhile, Rick Stein and Clive Myrie head out of the studio.
Rukmini Iyer kicks things off with a salmon one-tray wonder and indoor-barbecued new potatoes. Stephen Terry brings the classic combination of chicken and chorizo together with crispy chicken thighs, fried chorizo, asparagus and, rather unusually, a deep-fried avocado.
Ken Hom dishes up the classic Chinese dish of mu shu pork with a speedy alternative vegan version. Carmen O’Neal has five steps for the perfect martini, and Anna Haugh makes her indulgent chocolate biscuit cake packed with chocolate bars. Finally, James Bay gets either his food heaven, duck, or his food hell, shellfish.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein celebrates May Day in Padstow, and Clive Myrie goes bananas for bananas in the Dominican Republic.
