Dilly Carter is joined by broadcaster Jeremy Vine, who tells her all about living with grown-up daughters, his previous life as a punk icon and a career that has left him sleeping in the spare room during the week.

Jeremy brings in three items from home for Dilly to unpack which reveal memories of his dad, the meaning behind the matching tattoo with his daughter, and why Agatha Christie is his queen!

He opens up about what he thinks the new generation could learn from his dad’s attitude to DIY, what he himself is like as a father, and what life is like now he has a personal trainer!

But as a book lover and author, can Dilly persuade Jeremy to clear those overflowing bookshelves?

Sort Your Life Out Unpacked is hosted by tidying expert Dilly Carter. In each episode, Dilly chats to a celebrity guest and unboxes three mystery objects from their home that reveal what is really important to them. At the end, Dilly asks her guest whether they are going to keep, donate or recycle any of the items and, along the way, we learn how to organise and sort our own lives out.
