In the north west, the judges must choose between a colourful 3 storey home in Barmouth, a Victorian mid terrace home in Penmaenmawr and a detached Edwardian property in Conwy. Scoring them on architectural merit, distinctive design and original style, which home will Owain, Mandy and Glen judge worthy enough to go forward to the grand final?
The first home for the judges to visit is a colourful Victorian 3 storey property in Barmouth. Homeowner Amanda moved into Tŷ Enfys with her late husband Richard, five years ago, and has filled each room with vibrant colour and creative expression, resulting in a fun and happy home.
Second on the list is Erin Dale, a Victorian mid terrace home in Penmaenmawr and home to Jane, her son Callum and their six cats. Since moving in over twenty years ago, Jane has brought this characterful property back to life on a budget, with vintage finds and antiques that celebrate the period of the building.
Last but not least is a detached Edwardian property in Conwy. Since moving into Cartrefle seven years ago, Sharon and husband Richard have undertaken a full renovation of what was once a doctor's surgery. This labour of love has resulted in a stylish and comfortable family home.
