• Nine venues, eighty performers and a whole load of laughs: Get the low-down on this weekend's King's Heath Comedy Festival, featuring some of the biggest names in stand-up with their final shows before the Edinburgh Festival.

• She's Brummie turned Black Country barrell-of-laughs, channelling the late great Rik Mayall in absurdist delights! Get to know Hodge Hill and Halesowen act Hannah Weetman, heading back out on the circuit after picking up a huge award for her screen-writing!

• It's the country's biggest story-telling festival that's made its way across Shropshire and last weekend landed in Herefordshire. We're at Festival At The Edge - getting an insight into life putting the rhythm and the flow of the voice centre stage as your instrument of choice, with top tips for anyone heading to a stage any time soon.

• Evesham-born, now resident Ludlow funnyman, impressionist, poet and pianist Alistair McGowan is on, performing this weekend in Much Wenlock and bringing along his mates Gary Lineker, Wayne Rooney and Harry Kane!

• Plus more live comedy from our stage at the Rik Mayall Comedy Festival. He took up stand-up as a way to prove his sister wrong - he now sells out shows all over the country and has just supported TV's Tez Illyas. Discover the very funny Asif Afzal!
