Bells on Sunday comes from St Martin’s Church in Eynsford, Kent The first record of bells in the Church is of three bells in 1152 by an unknown founder. By 1903 various bells had been replaced and the ring augmented to eight bells by the Mears and Stainbank foundry of Whitechapel, London. The tenor weighs seven and a half hundredweight and is tuned to the note of F sharp. We hear them ringing Grandsire Triples.
