Singer Anastacia joins Adam to chat about 25 years of her debut album, and her new tour.

Anastacia, the voice behind massive hits including 'I’m Outta Love' and 'Left Outside Alone', joins Adam to chat about 25 years of her debut album Not That Kind, which brings her back our way on tour.

Adam also catches up with actor James Bye, who played Martin Fowler in the BBC’s EastEnders for ten years until his death in the Queen Vic explosion. He's on tour with a new stage version of the horror movie 'Paranormal Activity', which is heading to Canterbury later this year.

And one of our resident chefs, Bald Chef Nick from Brighton, joins us for some recipes and food chat!
