Day 4: Women's 200m Final, Men's 800m Final
The evening session on day 4 of the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham concludes with the women’s 200m final, which could feature both Amy Hunt and Dina Asher-Smith going for gold.
Seven European champions will be crowned on day 4 in Birmingham. Could Elise Thorner be amongst them? No British woman has ever won the 3,000m steeplechase, and she is aiming to become the first.
Max Burgin goes for a first senior international title in the men’s 800m final and the men’s decathlon champion will be decided in the final event of that competition, the 1,500m. The evening session concludes with the women’s 200m, which could feature both Amy Hunt and Dina Asher-Smith going for gold.
