Day 3: Men’s 400m Final, Women’s 400m Hurdles Final

Day 3 of the European Athletics Championships draws to a close in Birmingham with local boy Matt Hudson-Smith aiming to become the most successful European male athlete in history in the men’s 400m. Fresh from winning under-23 gold last season, Emily Newnham could be the one to watch in the women’s 400m hurdles final. Medals will also be decided in the men’s discus, the women’s hammer and the men’s sprint hurdles.
