Country Focus this week visits Denbigh and Flint Show and goes on a shopping trip!

Lois Cernyw is having her annual day out with the family at her local county show, the Denbigh and Flint - so we've joined her! We meet some of the livestock exhibitors and traders who make this show special.

Sara Elan Jones meanwhile heads to St Clears in Carmarthenshire to find meet Olive and Yvonne, the brilliant ladies behind the town's ladies boutique - providing everything from fascinators to friendship.
