She Is Telling Me You Are a Scammer
The team are forced into multiple in-person interventions as a group of tech support scammers terrify their victims by pretending that they have been accused of being involved in serious criminality.
The team track a truly evil scam which sees an elderly couple being terrified into believing their computer has been used for highly illegal activity. Unable to contact the victims on the phone, they dispatch a ground team to the couple’s house.
The team also try to prevent a remote access scam in Surrey. As they struggle to get through and stop it, a second ground team are sent out.
The victim is not convinced, though – and a battle to persuade him that the ground team are on his side follows.
