Manchester City have "been found guilty of breaking the majority of the 115 Premier League financial rules they were accused of breaching" by an independent panel - sources have told BBC Sport. The club have released a statement saying "the Premier League process remains ongoing" and it denies any wrongdoing. City's former Chairman and former chair of the FA, David Bernstein, joins us live.
