Taiwan Special

This week the Travel Show comes from Taiwan - an island off the coast of mainland China. Carmen Roberts visits the ancient capital, Tainan where she explores a fort originally built by Dutch traders in the 17th century before heading to Kaohsiung to go behind the scenes at the vast Weiwuying, the biggest performing arts centre in the world. Her journey then continues to the stunning central mountain range before ending in the town Pingxi where she takes part in a spectacular lantern festival.
