Climate change money "a drop in the ocean"
World leaders at the United Nations conference on climate change in Paris have described global warming as an urgent threat. Developed countries have pledged US$100 billion to help poorer countries like Nigeria cope with the effects of climate change. Nigeria's Environment Minister, Amina Mohamed, says the money promised is a drop in the ocean.
