Would the Polish government block proposed UK 'welfare brake'?
The European Commission says it has prepared a proposal on a "welfare brake" for migrants that Britain could apply immediately. Some Eastern European countries have argued that placing any curb on in work benefits would discriminate against their citizens as it wouldn't apply to the British.
Radek Sikorski is a former foreign and defence minister of Poland - in Donald Tusk's government.
The World At One's Martha Kearney asked him how the proposal of an emergency brake might be received there.
