PM's proposed sovereignty law 'pointless'
"At the end of the day the buck stops somewhere. And the treaty of accession, and our own legislation, makes quite clear that it is the court in Luxembourg," said Dominic Grieve.
The former attorney general’s comments were in response to David Cameron's suggestion that a new law could be passed to reassert the power of UK Parliament law over the EU.
