Fire service reforms backed
The Home Secretary, Theresa May, has set out plans for what she described as radical reform of fire services in England, including a new system of inspections.
Sir Ken Knight, former chief fire and rescue adviser for the government, told Martha Kearney he agrees with her idea to scrap top-down targets.
