Men at home: Is there real change taking place?

The Modern Families Index report published by the charity Working Families, suggest more working dads would like more at home with their time kids, and a third of fathers would take a pay cut to achieve a better work-life balance. To discuss the benefits of being a stay-at-home dad and the current shared parental leave scheme, Jane is joined by Jonathan Kay, who took five months off after his child was born and Sarah Jackson from the charity Working Families.
