Brit Award winner Lorde recently posted on Instagram that she finds people's comments about what she should do about her bad skin unhelpful. The 21-year old says she's been trying various drugs and creams for years and nothing's worked. For women whose spots don't clear up after they leave their teens or those who get acne as an adult, it can have a real psychological impact.
