The family of an 80 year old man from Forest Town are demanding answers after discovering their father's body had severely decomposed by the time a post mortem examination was carried out.
Ronald Parkin died suddenly in August 2025 - his family had to learn from the coroners report that his body showed severe decomposition, including maggots, by the time it reached hospital mortuary staff.
