Stellan Skarsgård Says His Only Ambition is "To be a Good Actor"
He ultimately wasn't a Best Supporting Actor Oscar winner, but 74 year old Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård has enjoyed new recognition and acclaim with his role in Joachim Trier's film 'Sentimental Value.'
The film - which did win Norway's first ever Academy Award for Best International Film -has seen Skarsgård in his highest profile role to date, after a career spent alternating between Hollywood, independent and Scandinavian film.
He told BBC Talking Movies' Tom Brook that his success was down to not having ambition, except " to be a good actor."
