Poppy Cooks was made redundant during covid and has picked up TV shows, five best-selling books and millions of followers as a spud-loving social media sensation.
In 2014, Poppy O'Toole thought she'd never post anything on social media again when speaking in to her bathroom mirror as if she was introducing a video segment. But her style has won the hearts and stomachs of so many around the world, with a decade of Michelin-level cooking blended with a non-nonsense, straight-talking, all-welcome approach to getting busy in the kitchen.
The Worcestershire star is in conversation with BBC Upload's Emma Millen, sharing her insights of bringing personality to the plate and getting everyone hungry online.
