Do we need to call time on the airport pint?

Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary says airport drinking's got so bad, he's diverting nearly one aircraft a day because passengers are drunk and misbehaving. He suggests making airports stick to normal licensing hours and limiting people to two drinks per boarding pass. But doesn't the holiday begin with a drink before boarding?
