Woodthorpe's 'famous' Minion statue targeted in theft
Woodthorpe is rich with historical local landmarks. Grange Park, Woodthorpe Meadow, and of course, Mark Ryan's Minion statue.
The garden ornament, made in aid of CALM (the Campaign Against Living Miserably), was won by the Ryan family in a raffle more than 10 years ago. Since then, it's lived in the family's garden and has attracted attention from across the borough.
It's now been stolen by two people on an e-bike, and Mark is appealing for information.
