Once upon a time, Bank Holiday Monday meant nursing a sore head after a big night out. But these days, the morning after looks a little different: coffee, pastries, kids and a walk.

Leanne Campbell spoke with Jamie from Pastille Bakery on Liverpool's docks, whose family baking business began during lockdown and has since grown into one of the city's most talked-about bakeries. From working as a cab driver to making the leap into baking full-time, Jamie shares how TikTok, loyal customers and a supportive community have helped Pastille grow, and why a second location in the Baltic Triangle is now on the horizon.
