Houchen: 'People want to see a clampdown on criminality'

Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen joined Paul Addison and David Macmillan in The Hot Seat. He called for police funding reform in the wake of the crash on the A66.

The government says its committed to looking at the funding formula as part of its wider review into police forces.
