Breaking: Lloyd Williams comes out of retirement

The Welsh scrum-half is available immediately, including for the season opener.

Commentator Pete Breakwell says it's not yet clear how long he might play for, after new signing Charlie Chapman picked up an injury during pre-season. He adds that Williams, Will Lane and Noah Cowan all vying for the scrum-half position.

Williams played 22 times for Warriors in their title winning 2025-26 season, twice becoming captain and scoring six tries.
