Ethiopia says former foreign minister killed by army

Ethiopia’s army has announced that it has killed former Foreign Minister Seyoum Mesfin, one of the founding members of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF).

The UN say rebels have launched two attacks near the Central African Republic (CAR) capital, Bangui.

And, we hear about a Trade and Investment Fair in the South Sudanese capital, Juba.
