The ICC upholds war crimes conviction against Congolese rebel leader, Bosco Ntaganda.

The Congolese former commander had appealed at the International Criminal Court against his 30-year jail sentence given to him in 2019.

Thousands of people have fled the town of Palma in Cabo Delgado province in Mozambique following an attack last week, by hundreds of Islamist militants. Dozens of civilians were killed during the attack.
