Three years of failed rains have led to severe hunger in southern Madagascar according to the medical charity Médecins Sans Frontières.
Tanzania’s President Samia Suluhu Hassan gave a wide-ranging speech in Kenya’s parliament during a visit to the country in which the two nations are trying to mend relations.
