Kenyan pupils get Covid-delayed results

Secondary school pupils in Kenya have been getting their exam results today, six months later than would usually be the case. Results normally come out in December, but Covid-19 has played havoc with the school calendar.

Plus, Cameroon has banned the possession and sale of “self-defence” guns, amid rising violence on several fronts in the country.

And the controversy in Sierra Leone over plans to conduct a midterm census, which has led to scuffles in parliament.
