UK removes all African countries from red list

The UK has removed all African countries from a red list designed initially to stop flights from southern African countries where the Covid-19 Omicron variant had initially been detected. Nigerian health authorities confirm the destruction of around one million doses of expired Covid-19 vaccines. A sight of relief for 250,000 Zimbabweans living in South Africa who had their Visa renewed.
