UK set sanctions on West Bank settlements

Britain, France and Canada have announced sanctions on West Bank settlements. The British foreign secretary accused settlers of carrying out the "ethnic cleansing" of Palestinians. Israel has responded by shutting the UK consulate in East Jerusalem.

Fighting between US and Iranian forces has flared up again with the two countries launching attacks on each other's ships.

And OpenAI says it's solved one of the most difficult unanswered questions in maths.
