Low's cartoons

Sir David Low is considered the greatest political cartoonist of the 20th Century. A new exhibition of previously unseen work opens at the Political Cartoon Gallery in London.

The only surviving example of a cartoon not completed by Low – perhaps because the ambiguous message would have seemed too contradictory in wartime.
