Member groups of the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers are due to battle it out against each other in their 2008 competition in Harrogate. Kit Hesketh Harvey attends rehearsals as the 60-strong chorus of Birmingham-based 'Second City Sound' prepare to compete - and put him through his musical paces. In the first of two programmes, he talks to members of the Chorus about how they got involved, while Pat Keiman explains close harmony to him.
