Helen Mark MBE presents BBC Radio Ulster’s weekly Ulster-Scots magazine this week alongside Willie Hill, Rab Lennox and Jonnie Crawford. This week, Helen meets Phillip Logan, the new Executive Director of the Ulster-Scots Community Network. They meet in his Ahoghill - his much loved hame place - to chat about the village and his plans for development of Ulster-Scots especially in the education sector. Willie is also chatting education - specifically the increasing role of the language in the classroom, meeting William Olphort at an awards event in Stormont. Jonnie looks forward to the Sails and Sounds Festival in Portaferry celebrating everything from Ulster-Scots culture to sea shanty’s!
