On Today's Call You and Yours we want to hear about hear your experiences of using the second hand app Vinted, "What's your experience of buying and selling on Vinted?" Vinted has completely revolutionised buying and selling used clothes and other items like homeware, electronics and books online. It made the listing of products easier, and the packaging and sending of parcels slicker. It's changed the way we shop, with many of us checking to see if an item we want is on Vinted already at a lower price, and making us take better care of our clothes when we wear and wash them, as we have reselling them in mind. But, its popularity has come with complaints that there are scams on the platform, and if there is a problem the customer service is lacking. The complants process largely relies on AI and automation, and it's hard to reach a real person. So how has your shopping been changed by Vinted? What's your key to success using the app?
