A Russian drone struck a train near Ukraine’s border with Poland this morning – shortly after the former Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, and some of Europe’s most senior security advisers, including the UK's Johnathan Powell, passed along the same line. Ukraine’s railway authority said it was “quite likely” Russia had targeted the diplomatic train. Also: President Trump has warned against putting up "guardrails" in the race to develop artificial intelligence, amid growing concerns about the safety of the technology.
