We’re discussing how to make friends as an adult… Plus we're joined by Clinical Psychologist Dr Louise Egan, who specialises in working with young adults during transitional periods. She’ll help us understand why making friends can feel daunting, how social media can help or hinder friendship, and give us practical tools to feel more confident putting ourselves out there.
