German Chancellor: 'Disastrous' state elections

The German chancellor, Friedrich Merz, says he takes full responsibility for what he's called a disastrous showing for his party in state elections. Ukraine has targeted Moscow with hundreds of drones - in what Russian officials described as the biggest such attack on the city so far in the war.
