Digital artist Rizzy finds creating art improves his mental health and helps him heal his chronic sickle cell pain. He has contributed to a huge mural in Waterloo alongside Olympic diver Tom Daley. He speaks to Karen Gabay about his role in the Express Your Health campaign.
