Former DJs Phil Johnson & Bob Leigh on getting planning permission for a very special Hanley dance mural. The pair have worked for months and raised more than £11,000. They've got an artist and a location (The Victoria Lounge in Hanley), and the BBC's Lee Blakeman spoke to them about the latest development.
